Markets with over 100 vendor booths including multiple food and beverages vendors.

But that’s not all, savvy sailors! We’ve got FREE family & children’s entertainment scheduled throughout the weekend, promising swashbuckling fun for buccaneers of all ages.

Port Royal Market: located at the Harbor Community Center located at 5312 Walnut Road in Buckeye Lake, Ohio.

North Shore Market: located across the street at 11175 Hebron Road, Buckeye Lake, Ohio

The Worlds Tallest ArrVee

will be docked at Port Royal for Buckeye Lake PirateFest offering tours of their nautical shop and wares. Their specialty is custom made pirate hats, clothing and accessories. They can add a festive flair to any costume!

Walk The Plank Pirate Parade

Get ready to set sail for a swashbuckling adventure at the Walk the Plank Pirate Parade, happening on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 1 PM. Join us at Port Royal, specifically the Harbor Community Center, for a fun walk along the dam and through part of Buckeye Lake with pirate-themed fun and excitement.

The parade route is less than a mile and will proceed from Port Royal to the North Shore Ramp, along the dam, and then go in front of the Boatyard, then across the street in front of the Chef Shack and Buckeye Lake Brewery ending back at Port Royal. 

This thrilling event is proudly sponsored by the Chef Shack and Buckeye Lake Boat Rental offering delicious food and pleasure boating opportunities to keep your spirits high. Whether you’re a seasoned buccaneer or a landlubber, don your finest pirate attire and prepare for a day of camaraderie, creativity, and community spirit. Don’t miss out on the treasure trove of fun that awaits!

The Pirate Ship Playland!

The Pirate Ship Playland, sponsored by Recreations Outlet, will be at the Port Royal Marketplace (Harbor Community Center) from May 16-18, 2025. Visitors to the festival are invited to experience the playland firsthand. Pirate and Mermaid greeters from Recreations Outlet will be present to enhance the fun.

Kids and families, join the fun at the Buckeye Lake KOA-sponsored Pirate’s Cove! Meet the Pirate Host and enjoy indoor activities during Pirate Market hours at Port Royal located at the Harbor Community Center.

Steampunk fans

will be excited to see T3 Entertainment and Productions onsite selling Steampunk vests, coats, dresses and accessories. Based out of Sylvania, Ohio they specialize in plus size costumes for entertainers, cosplay and theatrical participants.
